Reeves Golf Course

Reeves Golf Course provides golfers with wide fairways in a traditional layout and small elevated greens that add some challenge to the game. Reeves has everything to offer the golfer learning for the first time to the golfer looking for a challenge with our 18 Hole Course, 9 Hole Par 3, foot golf course, and a state of the art driving range.

Reeves Driving Range offers 20+ astro turf mats, natural grass tees, and Toptracer Range.

 

Reeves Golf Course Adult Programs

NEW for 2025 - Reeves Golf Course will be offering three adult programs. The two Breaking Bad series, one a full swing series and the other a short game series.

Breaking Bad Series

The Breaking Bad Full Swing Series spends 4 weeks starting with body measurements of everyone that leads to proper grip, correct setup and posture, develop the correct club head path to hand path, correct post position, proper sequence of lateral shift to rotation to vertical lift, and ground reaction forces. The second half of the series is focused on more on course play, practice methods, introduction to “golf” fitness at It’s Working Out with TPI instructors, and transferring the full swing to the course.

The Breaking Bad Short Game Series spends 4 weeks starting with measurements of everyone that leads to proper grip, correct setup and posture, develop the correct motion of the arms and wrists, correct post position, proper sequence of lateral shift to rotation to vertical lift. The second half of the series is focused on more short game uneven lies, situational shots, and transferring the short game shots to the course and using the correct shot at the right time.

• Mechanics of chipping and club choice – motion is the solution

• Mechanics of pitching and club choice

• Bunker shots, understanding loft and bounce

• Lag putting “Don’t try to make the putt!” and green reading

• Short putting, mechanics and drills

Pga Hope Program

PGA Hope Program - In this special program, PGA HOPE trained golf professionals introduces golf to Veterans and Active Duty Military to enhance their physical, mental, social and emotional well-being. The program introduces the game of golf through biomechanics in a 6-8 week series, led by PGA Professionals trained in adaptive golf. The programs is funded by PGA REACH and SOPGA Section, so the cost of programming is free to all Veterans.

Reeves Adult Full Swing Clinics

Reeves League Full-Swing Clinic

Start the golf season by playing your best. This clinic will give players a chance to improve their full swings by working with our PGA Professionals. We will evaluate each player's golf swing and work to find short term/long term solutions that will build and reinforce better habits for a more consistent swing. As well as work on your routines, give you practice suggestions, and help you understand how to “play the game” better.

Reeves Adult Short Game Clinics

CRC PGA Junior League

Reeves Golf Course PGA Junior League

PGA Junior League Golf is a “Little League” atmosphere for the game of golf. With teams of boys and girls, age 13 to 9, PGA Junior League Golf provides a structured environment utilizing a team scramble format for young golfers of all skill levels to compete and have fun. All participants play in each regular season competition from May-July. This is a great way to get, and keep, kids involved in the game!

The league will most likely have 20 players forming two teams that will represent Reeves Golf Course. Competing against Great Parks teams from Little Miami and Meadow Links. Each practice focuses on instruction on a specific area of the game or on golf course management. The goal is to prepare for success on the weekend, and this was repeated for 6 or 7 consecutive weeks!

Reeves Junior Summer Camps


Pee wee camps

Pee Wee Summer Camp
This two-day camp introduces our little pee wee golfers to golf with SNAG golf equipment. This program is for kids 5-6. Over two days we will cover putting, chipping, full swing with home runs, and play a specially designed course for our young golfers.
Day One:
• putting to targets and partner putting game
• chipping to targets: grip the club, aim the club, set your feet, look at your target, SWING!
Day Two:
• Home Run Derby! Full swing
• Play the specially designed course

Crc One Day Junior Camp (ages 11-14)

The CRC Junior One Day Golf Camp is a fun filled packed day of instruction and play.
We will be able to spend the morning covering short game, full swing, routines, how to practice, and rules of golf.
After lunch they will head to the course to play alongside the PGA Pros. They will work on course management, club choice, golf course etiquette, and learning about on course games that help them bring the range to the course.

9 am to 12 pm is instruction on the range and short game areas
12 pm to 12:45 pm lunch provided by the course
1 pm to 4 pm on the course!

Junior ms program

The MS Program is for middle school junior golfers aged 11-14 who are playing or planning on playing middle school golf. Extensive coverage on the full swing and short game fundamentals through biomechanics. As well as the introduction of basic on the course management at Reeves and California Golf Courses. We will also work on mental game preparation, rules of golf while on the course, pace of play, and how to compete at the middle school level.
The lead instructor is 2022-2023 Youth Player Development Award Recipient and a middle school golf coach for a local team.
• Includes 1 Private lesson before program begins
• Every third week we spend on a golf course (will visit 2-3 golf courses)
• First half of class is on a specific topic of the game in terms of a shot or swing, second half includes both a test/game.
• Spend two sessions at It’s Working Out learning how to train the body physically in a golf performance class

Junior hs program

The HS Program is designed for incoming freshman or current high school golfers aged 14-18. These are kids who are playing or planning on playing high school golf in 2024. The program is full of detailed instruction on the full swing through biomechanics, short game mechanics, short game shots, trouble shots, putting, drills, on course play at various locations, fitness, and mental game preparations. When we are on the golf course we will be working on situational shots, course management, how to compete in tournaments, rules of golf, and the purpose of nutrition.

• Includes 1 Private lesson before program begins

• Every week spend Thursdays on a golf course (will visit 4-6 different golf courses)

• Tuesdays: first half is on a specific topic of the game in terms of a shot or swing, second half includes both a test/game and a discussion on the mental game (practice & preparation, on the course thinking, off the course thinking)

• Spend two sessions at It’s Working Out learning how to train the body physically in a golf performance class

Neumann Golf Course Tryout Bootcamps

The Tryout Bootcamp is a two-day bootcamp designed to help prepare juniors for tryouts. We are now in July and you haven’t had a lot of time to prepare for your upcoming tryouts. This very popular two-day program will help get them prepared and show them what to focus on for the remaining couple of days/weeks before tryouts.

Reeves Junior Winter Program

Junior Winter Program - Is a 6 week junior winter program on Sundays in January & February at Reeves Golf Course with 2-4 PGA Golf Professionals. This is a great winter refresher for the kids to keep swinging the golf club. The program, six weeks in length, covers the mechanics of all the basic golf shots and, weather permitting, course management. We are able to use these six weeks to help build their young swings and have them ready by the time spring gets underway!


$200 for 12 hours of instruction - ages 9 to 14

Sunday January 12th, 19th and February 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd from 2 pm to 4 pm.
